CEM600 Products:
CHEMCRETEX® CEM600 produces a non-soluble crystalline growth throughout the pores and capillary tracts of concrete, thus rendering the concrete totally sealed against the penetration of water from positive and negative sides. This crystalline growth is highly resistant to extreme water pressure. The crystalline structure is a long lasting and can seal or re-seal many defects, which might occur in the concrete at a later period.

CEM600C
CEM600P
CEM600M
Applied as dry shake to freshly poured concrete or mixed with water to produce a slurry coating for walls and floors of cured concrete.

Formulated to form a “Hot Patch” to stop active leaks. When CHEMCRETEX® PLUG CEM600P is mixed with water it hardens in 1 to 2 minutes. CHEMCRETEX® PLUG CEM600P is used in conjunction with CHEMCRETEX® CONCENTRATE CEM600C.

Applied in mortar consistency to make coves, and filling reglets at construction joints. It is also used to repair honeycombs, cracks, filling form-tie holes and cold joints and is used in conjunction with CHEMCRETEX® CONCENTRATE CEM600C.
FLEX900:
CHEM-CRETE FLEX CCC900 is a two-component, thixotropic, cementitious acrylic modified flexible coating system with a high adhesion to concrete, masonry and steel.
CHEM-CRETE FLEX CCC900 forms a hard, highly alkaline waterproof coating with a degree of elasticity, which protects the concrete or other substrates from the effect of aggressive acid gases, moisture and chlorides.
CHEM-CRETE FLEX CCC900 has good chemical resistance to gasoline, diesel oil, sodium hydroxide, calcium chloride and sewage.
FLEX900 USES:
CHEM-CRETE FLEX CCC900 can be use to waterproof concrete, concrete masonry unit blocks and bricks, and cement-rendering. It protects concrete against the effects of free-thaw cycles, de-icing salt, carbon dioxide, acid gases, dilute acids and alkalis. Areas of application include but not limited to:
-
Waterproofing of water tanks.
-
Sealing internal basement and cellar walls against dampness.
-
Protection of concrete structures in marine environments
-
Coating of sewage and water channels.
FLEX900 ADVANTAGES:
-
Economical and easy to apply by brushing, troweling or spraying.
-
Good flexibility which make it ideal for coating small movement cracks
-
Excellent adhesion, bonds to porous and non-porous surfaces
-
Excellent resistance to CO2 and dilute acids.
-
Non-toxic and no VOCs.
-
Allows substrate to breathe.
-
Resists up to 70 meters (230 ft) water head of pressure.
-
High resistance to chloride ion diffusion.
CEM240:
CEM240 is a one-component polymer modified cementitious compound, which requires only addition of clean water to produce a fine finish patching and repairing concrete and masonry surfaces.
CEM240 fairing compound can be used at a thickness from featheredge to a 12 mm thickness in one application.
At 75°F (25°C), CEM240 has an initial setting time of approximately 250 minutes and final setting time of 290 minutes; this allows work to continue with little delay. Actual set time vary depending on ambient and substrate temperatures.
The finished patch of CEM240 is dense, crack resistant, durable, and has exceptional strength.
CEM240 USES:
CEM240 may be used to patch and repair interior and exterior, above or below grade, vertical horizontal or overhead concrete and masonry surfaces.
Specific uses include resurfacing and leveling, filling small holes, honeycombs and spalled areas and tuck-pointing both cracks and mortar joints.
CEM240 ADVANTAGES:
-
Easily mixed by simple addition of water on site.
-
Excellent thin layer adhesion
-
Smooth finish ready to receive surface paints
-
Can be used for repairs and resurfacing from featheredge to 12 mm thickness
-
Durable and water-resistant
-
Crack resistant
-
Exceptional mechanical strengths
