"I wanted to thank you again for your recommendation of your MarinaSeal Product for our sea wall project.  I was skeptical at first that 10 gallons was going to cover our 300' x 3' sea wall, but we finished with just over a gallon left.  Marina seal was dirt simple to apply.  Truly a clean bucket, a roller with 3/8" nap, and a little time made for an easy application.  MarinaSeal is as easy to paint on as water."

   Residential seawall protected with MarinaSeal.

"We live on a freshwater lake in Georgia and the Water Authority takes the water level down once every 5 years to allow people to repair seawalls and docks.  Our concrete block seawall needed whole sections replaced and the sections that remained had never been waterproofed from the water side.  So we had a company come out and install new block and put two layers concrete scratch coat facer on the front and  cap the top.  We wanted to seal it for two reasons.  One is to retard water absorption by the concrete facer of the block from the water side and two, was to help inhibit marine growth.  After applying MarinaSeal I have no doubt that I will achieve both objectives.

MarinaSeal went on quick as the viscosity is about the same as the viscosity of water.  It got absorbed by the concrete facer quickly.  There was no doubt that the product was working as after about 10 minutes, if I went back to try to put another coat on, the wall would not allow the new coat to penetrate the wall, it just bubbled like water on a newly waxed car.

The water is still rising and I am looking forward to seeing how this performs with inhibiting marine growth over the next year, but I have no doubt that it is going to excel beyond my expectations.

I will not hesitate to promote MarinaSeal to all the neighbors on the lake."
